Return Policy:

Hansen Classics warrants all products delivered to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. We will replace or refund the purchase price of any product sold which prove to be defective.
Claims relating to defective merchandise, shortage of, or damage to any products resulting from shipment of the products must be made in writing within ten (10) days after Buyer’s receipt of the product(s). Returns must be made in the original carton and packing materials.
